Return Policy

The happiness of my clients is always my number one priority. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact us at rachel@themommahive.com with the subject line RETURN. 

We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of the items delivery date to your residence.  Returns must be received unwashed, unworn, and in the condition in which you received it with tags attached. We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We do not offer exchanges unless inventory allows.

*Scarves, hats, bags, and cups

*Sale Items 

*Pre-sale Items

Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the client at their expense. 

Email rachel@themommahive.com for a return form that we kindly ask you to fill out and include in your package with the item you wish to return. 

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the client. We do not provide return shipping labels. 

Damaged Product

We take immense pride in the quality of our products. Before every order is shipped, we thoroughly inspect each piece for any damages. However, if we miss something and you receive a damaged item we wan’t to make it right. Please contact us within 4 business days of the item’s delivery. Email us at rachel@themommahive.com with the subject line Damaged Item.
