Refund policy

We hope that you love every piece you purchase from us, but sometimes you don't, and we understand that. Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your item. To request a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. (Please see exceptions below.)

You will have five days from the start of your return to send the item back to us. All returns will be in the form of store credit. 

To request a return, you can contact us at Rachel@themommahive.com, we will email you instructions on how and where to send your package.  Please feel free to use this email address for any questions or concerns.

Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the client at their expense.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the client. We do not provide return shipping labels.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain products are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:

Pre-ordered items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
* All Jewelry
* Hair accessories including hats
* Scarves, handbags, and cups
* Sale Items
* Final Sale items
* Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us about the exchange immediately, so we can ensure we have the product on hand, and must be done within 24 hours of receipt. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will receive an email with your store credit within 3-5 days. Please keep all tracking information and email us if we have not contacted you within two weeks of the item being sent back.
